My Dragon Guide taught me how to travel in deep space and how to use a variety of skills related to planetary healing. My first Totem Animal teacher was Blue Whale, She taught me dream traveling, and the power of dream/singing as a method of "feeling" the World and the Galaxy. Ever since then I have had many Totem Guides, but my three primary Totem Guides that have followed me and taught me many things are Raven, Owl, and Jaguar. Now, at this time in my life, I have become more and more focused on my Prime aspect of my Spirit Path which is the healing of GAIA's Spiritual body, and help Her physical body go through Her transformation with the least amount of discomfort as possible. I also now feel that I can teach most of my skills to anyone open enough and Loving enough to partake in this adventure of growth and change. I hope as you walk through my realm, that you gain all the skills you need to become a greater asset to GAIA and all of Her children."
- Reiki Class Level 2 Group - this group is a continuation of reiki class level 1. This class teaches 3 of the reiki symbols and teaches methods of doing distance treatments. This group is lead by Reiki Dave.

The Ligtbody Clearing Class is also progressing well. Carolyn is at present sorting out dates and times, which will be advised as soon as she has them sorted out. At present the platform that we will most likely use for this class is either Skype or Paltalk ,where GSN has its own room. We are awaiting confirmation of times and dates prior to announcing exactly which platform will be used. Again both programs are voice enabled and you will require speakers to hear the class.

Wise Ones

Their eyes are penetrating and there's no point in pretending or lying to Wise Ones, because truth is apparent to them. There's a certain element of mystery accompanying each member of this realm. It's obvious, when first meeting the gaze of Wise Ones, that they know. The Wise Ones are humans with past lives in which they learned how to channel their power into miraculour healings and manifestations. These are extremely powerful and well-trained magicians of the human race who were called out of retirement from the spirit world in order to come back to Earth for the currently urgent situation on our planet. Their energy is darker and heavier than the other realms. Wise Ones have a somber, serious, almost depressed energy and sometimes they are quite stern. If someone wants solid advice, they should ask a Wise One. They are realistic, compassionate and patient with people and they've learned to enjoy their time here. The common denominator of Wise Ones is the number of years they've logged learning to harness their magical powers. The Wise Ones have lived as High Priests and Priestesses in Atlantis, Ancient Greece and Egypt. Also during the Arthurian times, among the Mayans, as Essenes and as native medicine men and women. They've witnessed civilizations destroyed and people murdered for their spiritual beliefs. The Wise Ones know and appreciate the innate darkness within the human ego, but they have an even greater appreciation and respect for the heights to which humans are capable. And this is what they've come back to teach. The Wise Ones were asked to return to Earth to teach and model peacefulness and to remind people how to use their inner power and strength to create harmony. The best adjusted Wise Ones were those who resumed the study of Earth-based spirituality. The majority of Wise Ones whom I interviewed had vivid memories of past lives where they were witches, wizards, priests and the like. This memory makes many Wise Ones nervous about fully reopening their spiritual gifts due to the witch hunts, burnings and hangings. A Wise Ones purpose involves dusting off their psychic and spiritual healing abilities. Wise Ones are more solemn, dark and serious. They have oval faces and prefer to wear their hair long. The Wise Ones have dragons, wizards and goddesses as spirit guides. Most Wise Ones long for a magical and mystical soulmate marriage. They may feel the elusive presence of a kindred soul whom they've known for many lifetimes. This leads to a search for the Beloved until he/she is found. Wise Ones are tapped into the all-knowing collective unconscious, therefore, they are highly psychic and a natural born leader. Most of them don't do well as employees or followers, unless they respect their boss or leader.
Sensing Energy with Your Hands
This is an easy way to get a feeling sense of the subtle
energies around us - a real tactile sensation.
How to Practice:
1 . Stand comfortably with your feet shoulder width apart.
2. Relax.
3. Raise arms to chest height, with your fingers pointing
towards the fingers on the opposite hand, the palms of your
hands facing you, and your thumbs parallel with the floor,
almost as though you were holding an invisible beach ball or
basketball in your arms.
4. Keep your elbows bent and relaxed so that you are not
carrying tension in the shoulders and set your fingertips
about 1 to 2 inches (2 to 5 cm) away from each other.
5. Make sure your shoulders are relaxed.
6. Hold this position for a short while.
7. Now keep the left hand still and move the right hand
gently in a slow circular motion - out, up, in and then down,
maintaining about the same distance from the left hand.
8. Keep your attention on the left hand and the
sensations in the left hand.
You may feel a light magnetic sort of pull or push, a tingling
or a change in temperature. You may feel a 'thud' in the palm
of the hand, a line of energy crossing the hand or a buzzy
feeling in your hand or fingers. You may feel a sensation like
a gentle breeze.

Notes:
If you feel nothing, try again just once and then leave it to
try again tomorrow. It's better to be relaxed and if you feel
stressed from 'not getting it' then it'll be harder to notice.
It can be subtle or strong. It's an individual experience.
Empathy and Empaths
Empathy is the ability to read and understand people and be in-tune withor resonate with others, voluntarily or involuntarily of one's empathcapacity.Empaths have the ability to scan another's psyche for thoughts andfeelings or for past, present, and future life occurrences. Many empathsare unaware of how this actually works, and have long accepted that theywere ìsensitiveî to others.Empathy is a feeling of another's true emotions to a point where anempath can relate to that person by sensing true feelings that rundeeper than those portrayed on the surface. People commonly put on ashow of expression. This is a learned trait of hiding authenticexpression in an increasingly demanding society.An empath can sense the truth behind the cover and will actcompassionately to help that person express him/herself, thus makingthem feel at ease and not so desperately alone. Empaths experienceempathy towards family, children, friends, close associates, completestrangers, pets, plants and inanimate objects.Empathy is not held by time or space. Thus, an empath can feel theemotions of people and things at a distance. Some are empathic towardsanimals (ie: The Horse Whisperer), to nature, to the planetary system,to mechanical devices or to buildings etc. Others will have acombination of the above.Empaths are highly sensitive. This is the term commonly used indescribing one's abilities (sensitivity) to another's emotions andfeelings. Empaths have a deep sense of ìknowingî that accompaniesempathy and are often compassionate, considerate, and understanding ofothers.There are also varying levels of strength in empaths which may berelated to the individualís awareness of self, understanding of thepowers of empathy, and/or the acceptance or non-acceptance of empathy bythose associated with them, including family and peers. Generally, thosewho are empathic grow up with these tendencies and do not learn aboutthem until later in life.Empathy is genetic, inherent in our DNA, and passed from generation togeneration. It is studied both by traditional science and alternativehealing practitioners.Empathy has bothgenetic & spiritual aspectsEmpaths often possess the ability to sense others on many differentlevels. From their position in observing what another is saying, feelingand thinking, they come to understand another. They can become veryproficient at reading another person's body language and/or studyintently the eye movements. While this in itself is not empathy, it is aside-shoot that comes from being observant of others. In a sense,empaths have a complete communication package.While there is much we don't yet understand about how empathy works, wedo have some information. Everything has an energetic vibration orfrequency and an empath is able to sense these vibrations and recognizeeven the subtlest changes undetectable to the naked eye or the fivesenses.Words of expression hold an energetic pattern that originates from thespeaker. They have a specific meaning particular to the speaker. Behindthat expression is a power or force-field, better known as energy. Forexample, hate often brings about an intense feeling that immediatelyaccompanies the word. The word hate becomes strengthened with thespeaker's feeling. It is that person's feelings (energy) that are pickedup by empaths, whether the words are spoken, thought or just feltwithout verbal or bodily expression.Empaths are often poets in motion. They are the born writers, singers,and artists with a high degree of creativity and imagination. They areknown for many talents as their interests are varied, broad andcontinual, loving, loyal and humorous. They often have interests in manycultures and view them with a broad-minded perspective. They are mother,father, child, friend, nurse, caregiver, teacher, doctor, salespeople... to psychic, clairvoyant, healer, etc. (That is not to say thatany of these categories are all empaths.) The list is extensive andreally unimportant. It is more important to notice that empaths areeverywhere--in every culture and throughout the world.Empaths are often very affectionate in personality and expression, greatlisteners and counselors (and not just in the professional area). Theywill find themselves helping others and often putting their own needsaside to do so. In the same breath, they can be much the opposite. Theymay be quiet, withdrawn from the outside world, loners, depressed,neurotic, and life's daydreamers.They are most often passionate towards nature and respect its bountifulbeauty. One will often find empaths enjoying the outdoors, beaches,walking, etc. Empaths may find themselves continually drawn to nature asa form of release. It is the opportune place to recapture their sensesand gain a sense of peace in the hectic lives they may live. The time toget away from it all and unwind with nature becomes essential to theempath. Animals are often dear to the heart of empaths, not as a powerobject, but as a natural love. It is not uncommon for empaths to havemore than one pet in their homes.Traits of an EmpathEmpaths are often quiet and can take a while to handle a compliment forthey're more inclined to point out another's positive attributes. Theyare highly expressive in all areas of emotional connection, and talkopenly, and, at times, quite frankly in respect to themselves. They mayhave few problems talking about their feelings.However, they can be the exact opposite: reclusive and apparentlyunresponsive at the best of times. They may even appear ignorant. Someare very good at blocking out others and that's not always a bad thing,at least for the learning empath struggling with a barrage of emotionsfrom others, as well as their own feelings.Empaths have a tendency to openly feel what is outside of them more sothan what is inside of them. This can cause empaths to ignore their ownneeds. In general an empath is non-violent, non-aggressive and leansmore towards being the peacemaker. Any area filled with disharmonycreates an uncomfortable feeling in an empath. If they find themselvesin the middle of a confrontation, they will endeavor to settle thesituation as quickly as possible, if not avoid it all together. If anyharsh words are expressed in defending themselves, they will likelyresent their lack of self-control, and have a preference to peacefullyresolve the problem quickly.Empaths are sensitive to TV, videos, movies, news and broadcasts.Violence or emotional dramas depicting shocking scenes of physical oremotional pain inflicted on adults, children or animals can bring anempath easily to tears. At times, they may feel physically ill or chokeback the tears. Some empaths will struggle to comprehend any suchcruelty, and will have grave difficulty in expressing themselves in theface of another's ignorance, closed-mindedness and obvious lack ofcompassion. They simply cannot justify the suffering they feel and see.People of all walks of life and animals are attracted to the warmth andgenuine compassion of empaths. Regardless of whether others are aware ofone being empathic, people are drawn to them as a metal object is to amagnet! They are like beacons of light.Even complete strangers find it easy to talk to empaths about the mostpersonal things, and before they know it, they have poured out theirhearts and souls without intending to do so consciously. It is as thoughon a sub-conscious level that person knows instinctively that empathswould listen with compassionate understanding.Here are the listeners of life. Empaths are often problem solvers,thinkers, and studiers of many things. As far as empaths are concerned,where a problem is, so too is the answer. They often will search untilthey find one--if only for peace of mind.
